Youre sitting all wrong. Heres how to fix it.

You're sitting all wrong. Here's how to fix it. You're sitting all wrong. Here's how to fix it. According to medical science, sitting hunched and twisted like a pretzel in a chair is killing us body and soul, hour by hour. In an analysis of 47 studies of sedentary behavior, researchers found that sitting significantly increased your chance of death by cardiovascular disease and of getting a chronic condition like diabetes. Sitting down all day even overwhelms the benefits of exercise, for those who find time despite their desk jobs.Is the solution to chuck our desks out the window and become standing-desk devotees? For able-bodied people, having a height-adjustable desk  can provide a much-needed respite from sitting. But not all of us have the access or willpower to stand on our feet all day while typing away. Giving yourself small breaks to stretch your legs and walk around helps. An Australian study found that taking small, frequent breaks every hour to get up and move can significantly decrease the health risks associated with sitting. But eventually, our tired muscles give way, and we will all be humbled. We will need to sit. This is the ergonomic research for that moment that has relieved my lower-back pain, and hopefully bought me back a few years from my decades of typing cross-legged and hunched over a blue screen on a lumpy couch.1) Your feet need to be on the groundThis ergonomic advice was the biggest revelation for me. You want to adjust your chair until your feet are comfortably planted on the ground. You want your hips to be equal to or slightly higher than your knees, according to physiotherapists. You need to have both legs on the ground; sitting with our legs crossed puts one hip higher than the other, and that puts undue strain on our spine. For petite people like me, we often sit in chairs with our legs swinging, unaware that doing so for hours on end inhibits blood flow to our legs and leaves us with an unstable lower back. It not only causes that unpleasant pins-and-needles sensation, it can lead to chronic pain. If you can’t adjust your chair’s height, find or make a footrest so that your feet can touch the floor. In a pinch, I’ve used boxes or books as homemade footrests.2) Your back needs to be supportedSometimes, you can get so wrapped up in your work that it may be too late for you to realize that your nose is inches from your screen or you’re leaning so far back you’re barely in the chair. This posture is bad and is what leads to disc herniation and lower back sprains. The University of California, Los Angeles, school of ergonomics says you should move your butt as far back as you can into the back of your chair. That way, your posture automatically shifts for the better and your back and spine get support. If you don’t think your office chair is giving you enough lumbar support, try adding cushions just above your hip in the small of your back.3) Your head should be level with what you’re looking atI am guilty of working with my laptop in my lap. This often causes to me to work with my head ha nging down, which may not sound like much, but this angle is putting enormous pressure on my spine and could lead to pulled muscles and strained ligaments. The average head weighs about 10-12 pounds and a 2014 spinal study found that tilting our heads 60 degrees feels like 60 pounds on our spines. This is not a pressure your head should have to bear.Sitting up straight means that your screen should be level with your eyes. You shouldn’t need to look down, up, or sideways to read what you’re doing. Adjust your screen monitor’s height accordingly.Saving yourself from years of future pain begins with protecting your posture - especially when you’re sitting still for long periods of time. Adjust your chair to your height and hunker down in it properly with no slouching. You may not feel the consequences of bad sitting now, but I promise you: You will later.

4 Times Youre Worrying Too Much at Work - The Muse

4 Times Youre Worrying Too Much at Work - The Muse 4 Times Youre Worrying Too Much at Work If something slightly out of the ordinary happened at work- for instance, your manager called an impromptu team meeting- what would be your first reaction? A. Assume the entire department is getting laid off B. Wonder if this has anything to do with the rumors you recently heard about a new vacation policy C. Speculate how big of a bonus you’re going to be awarded in front of your peers If you picked A, you may very well be a competent, levelheaded employee- but you also tend to worry a little (or a lot) more than usual. If you picked C, you’re probably on the optimistic side. The problem is, you might not worry enough- even if all the signs are there. To avoid help you hit the middle road between overconfidence and unfounded anxiety, consider these situations where you’re probably worrying too much- and a few where you might not be worrying enough. 1. Your Boss Schedules a Meeting With You- With No Clear Purpose It’s a moment that can cause a mini heart attack if you’re prone to office paranoia: Your boss requests a one-on-one meeting- completely out of the blue and with no other purpose than “We need to talk.” Immediately, your mind jumps to the worst-case scenario: “I’m obviously getting fired.” It’s easy to assume the worst. But it’s also very unlikely that with absolutely no prompting or prior warning, that your boss is going to pull you into his or her office and tell you to pack your things and go. Is it possible? Sure. But in all reality, your excessive worrying is probably disproportionate to the situation. Unless You’ve Been Called Out Before Have you been receiving informal warnings from your boss lately? Maybe last week, she stopped by your desk to ask about a report that’s past due, then emailed you a few days alter reminding you that she really needs that report by the end of the day. And then, when you missed that deadline, she asked you to team up with a colleague so you could work together to get it done. Spread over a couple weeks, these warnings probably just seemed like regular workday stresses. But if something has become a recurring issue- and now you’re being called into the boss’ office- you may be in for a more formal warning. 2. You Made a Major Mistake It’s happened to everyone. You’re typically a stellar employee, but one day, you mess up at work- big time. You overcharged a client, completely forgot about a big assignment and subsequently missed the deadline, or botched the numbers on a report that was the basis for the next quarter’s budget. You’re certainly getting fired for this, right? OK, your mistake may have some consequences. You may have made yourself, your boss, or your department look bad- and you’ll probably need to do some damage control. But if you have an even somewhat reasonable boss, he or she will be willing to guide you through a resolution. Why? Because everyone makes mistakes. And especially if this is out of character for you and wasn’t done intentionally, it’s probably not going to be reason enough to give you the boot. As long as you learn from it- and figure out a way to never do it again- you’re going to be fine. Unless Your Company or Boss Is Historically Unreasonable Of course, every company is different. And if your particular company has a track record of going completely ballistic on employees who make mistakes- i.e., walking them out the door with no system of strikes or warnings- or your boss has no patience for any kind of error, you may have more cause to worry. 3. Everyone Was Invited Except You You log on Facebook over the weekend, and you see a string of pictures from your colleague’s barbeque, filled with the faces of almost all of your co-workers- except you. Or a group of your teammates get up and head to lunch together on Friday afternoon without a glance your way. Immediately, it’s clear to you that everyone hates you, you don’t fit in, and eventually, you’re going to be forced out by personality differences. Except, it was probably a one-off situation. Maybe your teammates went to lunch to discuss a particular project. Maybe the host of the barbeque is closer with your other co-workers than she is with you. You don’t have to get invited to everything. And you certainly can’t let it make you worry excessively. Unless It’s Happening All the Time If you literally never get invited to a single lunch, coffee, or happy hour, there may be cause for concern. For example, maybe everyone has the impression that you’re a workaholic and would never leave your desk to go grab lunch, even if you were invited. Or you’ve said “no” so many times that no one bothers to invite you anymore. Or you simply don’t show interest in you co-workers’ lives by asking questions or chatting during breaks, so you haven’t really developed any friendships. Sure, you probably won’t get fired for not socializing with your team, but it could point to a different problem- like a practically nonexistent work-life balance. 4. Your Boss Takes a Project Off Your Plate Let’s say you’ve been working on a certain project for what seems like forever. You always write the weekly company newsletter. It’s been that way since you started with the company three years ago. Until your boss lets you know that he’s taking that newsletter off your plate and assigning it to your co-worker. Does your boss think you’re incompetent? That you’ve been doing a terrible job with the newsletter? That he needs to transition all your work so he can fire you, but still have someone to cover your responsibilities? Actually, probably not. In most cases, your boss likely has good intentions- like he thinks you’ve grown beyond a certain project and are ready to take on something more advanced. Or maybe he wants you to get away from the task so you can transition into a managerial role and mentor the person who was assigned to take it over. Unless You’re Actually Not Benefitting in the End However, there may be cause to be worried if you don’t see any benefit- ever. So your boss takes a project off your plate, but doesn’t ever replace it. You stay in the same role, with no additional responsibilities. And then he takes another project away, followed by another. While you may momentarily enjoy the lightened load and extra free time, it may be a sign that you’re not performing well or your role is no longer needed. In most cases, worrying excessively in these situations is probably only causing you unneeded stress. However, you also shouldn’t ignore the writing on the wall. Strike the right balance between the two, and you’ll be just fine. Photo of worried person courtesy of Shutterstock.

New robot gets knocked down but it gets up again (you are never gonna keep it down)

New robot gets knocked down â€" but it gets up again (you are never gonna keep it down) New robot gets knocked down - but it gets up again (you are never gonna keep it down) Maybe he’s a Chumbawumba fan?Scientists have created a new humanoid robot that has the capacity to fall down (or be pushed) repeatedly without suffering significant damage - and have programmed the bot to be able to get back up without human assistance - in what could mean a huge leap forward for otherwise super-powered examples of Artificial Intelligence that can be  rendered powerless by a set of stairs.Robust Humanoid Robot, or RHP2, was created by a team led by scientists from the University of Tokyo and Kawasaki Heavy Industries and was unveiled at this week’s IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems in Vancouver, where the theme was “Friendly People, Friendly Robots.”“Robots and humans are becoming increasingly integrated in various application domains. We work together in factories, hospitals and households, and share the road. This collaborative partnership of humans and robots gives rise to new technological challenges and significant r esearch opportunities in developing friendly robots that can work effectively with, for, and around people,” the conference organizers explained.RHP2 is specifically designed for  â€œa disaster site, a fire site or a wet environment,” according to robotics blog  IEEE Spectrum, which obtained a copy of the research paper. It is currently powered by electric motors and tethered to a power cord, but in future incarnations could be remote-controlled or powered by hydraulics, according to IEEE Spectrum. The entire robot is covered in Iron-Man-worthy armor, particularly high-impact areas like hands, knees, chest, elbows, and hips, to protect the hardware from damage, according to the blog. In fact, when the robot feels itself falling, it assumes a protective position much like humans do - putting its arms out when it falls forward, or bending its knees as it falls backwards. When it comes time to get back up, RHP2 goes through its list of known positions and finds the one that’s clos est to its current predicament - kneeling, crouching, sitting or lying face-up, for example. It then follows the path of arranging its body to get back up into a standing position, according to the video released by researchers. It’s one thing to describe a self-righting robot in words. But until you watch the video, you have no idea the compassion that a shaky robot trying very hard to right itself can elicit from viewers. (Except, maybe, from  these people.)Which leaves the question, if we ever reach  singularity and robots finally surpass humans in intelligence, will they remember the days when they were just a shaky bot learning to stand up and help a human who may have fallen down - or will they be looking for payback, along the lines of the former GoogleX AI shop Boston Dynamics?

How the FMLA Can Help You

How the FMLA Can Help You How the FMLA Can Help You If you have thought about starting a family but worry that your employer might not give you the paid leave you require, you can rest easy because of the creation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) of 1993. The FMLA is a federal law that allows employees of covered employers to take job-protected, unpaid leave from work for a specified period of time. This law encompasses a somewhat complex set of guidelines and can be a confusing law to understand, but you can find  answers to many FMLA questions here. During an approved FMLA leave, employees are allowed to take time off with full benefits (employee must continue to pay for group benefits) for any of the following cases: Birth of a child and care of a child in the first 12 months of lifeAdoption or foster care placement of a new child within a 12 month periodCare for an immediate family member with a serious health condition (spouse, child, parent)A personal serious health condition that causes employee unable to perform essential job functions, including ongoing chronic conditions and domestic violence that causes injury or illnessCare of an active covered member of the military with a serious illness or injury (spouse, child, parent, next of kin FMLA time can be taken by both mothers and fathers. Effective March 27, 2015, an approved spouse also includes a legally married same-sex spouse regardless of the state they live in, under the Final Rule. Any children in a same-sex marriage are equal under the law.   Employer Eligibility Requirements for FMLA Leave Employees who request an FMLA leave must be employed by a covered employer, which is a private sector employer that employs 50 or more employees for at least 20 work weeks in the current or previous year; and all state, local and federal agencies and educational agencies. This includes joint employers  and successors of covered employers. Payment for Time Off While employers can pay their employees for time off, the law does not require any payment. Employers are only required to grant unpaid leave if the employee has met the requirements. Employers can, however, require employees to use up remaining sick time, vacation time or any other personal time  before using any time provided by the FMLA. This paid leave can be counted as part of the FMLA time period if the employer properly notifies the employee in writing of this decision. Amount of Days Off To qualify for time off through FMLA, employees must be employed for at least 12 months and have worked a minimum of 1,250 hours. The 12-month period does not have to be consecutive but does need to take place within a seven-year period. Breaks in employment due to military service, collective bargaining or other written agreements do not count. Employers also must have a minimum of 50 employees working within 75 miles of that particular employee’s work site. Employees can take up to 12 weeks off during an employer-determined 12-month period, according to the FMLA. Employers can determine the 12-month period through one of the following methods: 12-month calendar yearAny set amount of time that is 12 consecutive months12 months from the start of when an employee’s first FMLA startsA rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date an employee uses FMLA leave Employees who meet the requirements as a military caregiver may be granted up to 26 work weeks of unpaid leave.   Other Requirements Employees must give 30 days advance notice of their intentions of going on FMLA. The employer can then accept or reject the employee’s leave. If the employer rejects the FMLA, they must submit it in writing within two days. Once leave is granted to the employee, all decisions are final, and the company cannot retract this leave. Employers are also not allowed to inquire the details behind an employee’s decision to go out on leave if the employee does not wish to specify. Employers can only request a physician’s note stating that their employee will be unable to work for that amount of time. Employers can also ask about the timeframe that an employee expects to be back at work. Employers have the right to ask for a medical certificate coming from a health care provider and the employee must furnish this within 15 days of requesting the FMLA. Employers can also request a second opinion from a qualified medical practitioner if there is a reason to doubt that the employee has a serious condition that warrants a leave.   Employer Requirements and Options Before an employee may return from leave, the employer can request that the employee get a medical physical and provide a fitness for duty certification. An occupational medical center can also be utilized for this purpose.   During an FMLA leave, an employer may still require employees to communicate via phone and email at times. Employees are expected to respond in a reasonable amount of time and provide periodic updates. However, the employer cannot require employees to perform any of the duties of their jobs. While employers must provide job-protected leave during the FMLA period, they do not have to hold the same job open for the employee and may substitute an equal job at the same pay rate and similar duties that the employee can perform upon return to work. This enables employers to continue business while the employee or his or her family member no longer requires care.   The Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division administers and oversees FMLA in all US states.  All FMLA guidelines and posters are required to be posted in a public place where all employees can read them.

Getting a divorce 5 steps to help protect your finances

Getting a divorce 5 steps to help protect your finances Getting a divorce 5 steps to help protect your finances Corrie LoGiudice’s marriage ended shortly after her baby was born. A breadwinning mom supporting her husband and child, LoGiudice realized that the pressures of stay-at-home parenting were aggravating her husband’s addiction issues, turning their home into an unhealthy environment for the whole family. Getting a divorce the next year, she experienced shocking credit card statements and the emotional pain of  becoming a single mother, with an unemployed ex (who accused her of leaving him destitute).Follow Ladders on Flipboard!Follow Ladders’ magazines on Flipboard covering Happiness, Productivity, Job Satisfaction, Neuroscience, and more!Divorce is a total life upheaval: emotionally, financially and logistically. It can be hard to know where to start rebuilding your life, so we’ve outlined steps to help you create a solid foundation for you and your kids.1. (Re-)Learning Financial Independence After Getting a DivorceWhether you and your spouse earned equally or one of you was the primary breadwinner, divorce means financial adjustment and a learning curve for everyone.Suzy Brown, founder of Midlife Divorce Recovery, says, “When I divorced, I had been married 33 years. I went straight from my parents’ home to college and got married in college. I had never lived in an apartment or supported myself.”Median age at the time of a first marriage  has increased over time, so couples who married in the last 20 years may have had more time to live as independent adults before marriage. Still, you may find yourself out of practice with things like navigating an insurance policy, apartment hunting or setting up financial accounts solo.It can feel uncomfortable or embarrassing to re-learn core money management skills that seem more like young adult milestones than midlife, but there’s no reason to judge yourself harshly. Sharing tasks in a marriage, and then having to handle all responsibilities alone, virtually guarantees that both parties will have to lea rn new skills.Your local community center, library or other local facilities may offer cheap or free programs to catch you up on financial tasks to master, Brown says. Your bank or workplace may offer financial education or retirement planning resources for free. Another great place to start researching financial literacy courses for all ages is the  Center for Consumer Financial Education (CCFE).2. What Comes After ‘I Want a Divorce’: Smart Money HabitsChecking your income and expenses is the first step toward financial stability during and after divorce, especially because dividing large assets can take years.Brette Sember, lawyer and author of  Rebuild Your Financial Life After Divorce, suggests, “The first thing to do is make sure you have enough cash to pay your immediate bills. This might mean withdrawing half of the joint savings account so you can set it aside to pay your rent.”When LoGiudice split from her husband of seven years,  credit was at the top of her mind. Her ex-husband’s addiction problems led to towering bills, and LoGiudice had a 5-month-old to support.“The very first thing I had to do was shut down the credit card. My ex didn’t have a job, so he stayed in the apartment we shared. A wakeup call was that the first month after I moved out, he spent $1,000 on takeout.” Her ex was calling her to accuse her of leaving him out on the street when she cut off his financial access. Working with a therapist helped remind LoGiudice that she had to let go of the responsibility to take care of him.In her case, even being the sole breadwinner in her family didn’t protect her from financial blows in the divorce.“We had a shared account that was wedding money that we’d received as gifts. Because I was supporting him, I didn’t have any other savings,” she says. Her ex, knowing that legal fees would exceed their savings in a court battle, told their mediator he wanted the entire account. “He left me penniless with a 5-month-old. ”Living with her parents for a year and saving aggressively got LoGiudice back on her feet, although she had to move to a less expensive area than where she lived before. When getting a divorce, consider  closing or separating joint accounts when possible  and continue to make at least the minimum payment every month on bills (including mortgage and car loans) to prevent damage to your credit.3. What About Spousal Support? Planning for RetirementIf your spouse was the higher earner (or retirement saver), you may worry that you’re in major trouble now that you won’t spend your retirement years together. You may be entitled to spousal support in the form of a portion of your ex’s retirement savings, even if your name isn’t on the account.Generally, you’re entitled to half the  value of the retirement savings  you put away as a couple during your marriage. Many divorcing couples negotiate a separate agreement from the divorce decree, known as a QDRO.“A QDRO is a court orde r that gives one spouse ownership or partial ownership of another spouse’s retirement account,” Sember says. You’ll need an attorney and financial advisor to work out the details of this technical document. In the meantime, check your own retirement accounts and update the beneficiary if you don’t want your ex inheriting your retirement money if you were to pass away.4. Protecting Your Kids If You’re Getting a DivorceYour custody agreement with your ex will be decided by the court. What you can do now is go through paperwork to update your wishes for how to provide for your children if something happens to you.First, dig up insurance. Update beneficiaries in any life insurance policies you hold and set up trusts for your kids if they’re under 18. Double-check addresses, too. If you move out of the family home, make sure statements reach you so your policies don’t lapse. When it comes to guardianship, Sember says courts almost always award full custody to the surviving pa rent if one parent passes away.“Parents are almost always preferred over anyone else. You cannot name someone for partial guardianship. Stepparents are unlikely to be named guardians if there is a living parent.” Even if you have shared custody, you likely won’t be able to designate a guardian to step into your court-agreed custody schedule if you pass away.If you and your ex both die, the court will review your wills or other documents to learn who your preferred guardians were. If you and your ex were able to agree on a preferred guardian, the court will probably give that suggestion serious consideration.Courts aren’t obligated to follow instructions in a will, though, and they most likely will not default to a shared custody arrangement (e.g. between both sets of grandparents). The court’s goal is to find a guardian arrangement that is in the best interest of the child. In certain cases, such as if you are  diagnosed with a terminal disease, or your child has  special n eeds that will require ongoing care, your state may have legislation in place regarding appointing a co-guardian. Your attorney is the best person to ask for advice if you believe you have reason to require a joint guardianship arrangement.5. Taking Care of Yourself, TooThat moment in which you acknowledge to yourself, “I want a divorce,” can be huge, and it can be a form of self-care because you’re taking steps toward your own happiness. But the process of actually getting a divorce can be grueling, so Brown points out that taking time for your own emotional well-being is a significant piece of recovering from divorce.“Most people who have not been through a divorce don’t realize how debilitating it can be, even for the most stable people,” she says. “The best scenario is you have good resources for the emotional recovery to help you get through the day,” she says. She says it’s important to rally friends and family to check in on you, provide a listening ear or pi tch in with errands or childcare. If you have room in your budget, therapy sessions or even occasional spa visits to de-stress can be useful forms of self-care.There’s no magic solution to make divorce easy or painless, but taking charge of your financial situation helps you in multiple ways. Your attorney can advocate for you better when you can share a well-informed perspective on your assets. Meanwhile, you’re acting as a confident role model for your kids, showing them that they can trust you to help them weather difficult times and come through on the other side.Fabric exists to help young families master their money. How to Talk to Your Boss About Work Life Balance

How to Talk to Your Boss About Work Life Balance How to Talk to Your Boss About Work Life Balance Finding and keeping that elusive thing called work life balance is tough for most fathers. In an era when smartphones and other digital devices can allow us to be connected at work 24/7, no matter what our normal working hours, work tends to insert itself into family activities and personal time. A father can find it particularly difficult to successfully balance work, family and life when his employer or his supervisor is a workaholic himself or at least expects that level of time commitment of his employees. Some companies have a commitment to their employees work life balance but many employers do not. And with the ever increasing demands to do more with less in todays corporate world, dads can find it difficult to keep those demands and the needs of their families in balance. At one point in my life, I had a boss that was unusually demanding. I was on call 24/7 in his mind and needed to answer my cell phone whenever he called, day or night, and needed a pretty good explanation if I didnt. I even programmed his ringtone as Hail to the Chief as a reminder that if he called, I needed to be there. So, if you find yourself in a situation where your work life balance is out of kilter and needs some rebalancing, you need to have the support, or at least the understanding of your boss. Here are some tips for talking with the boss about your need for work life balance. Remember the Strength of Your Position As you consider how to approach the boss, you need to remember that you come from a position of strength. Your employer has a lot invested in you in training and experience. He does not want you to burn out or to quit because you are unhappy or overburdened. If you think about it, your improved work life balance is a benefit to your employer, even if he doesnt get it yet. So, as you prepare, dont think about it as asking your boss for a favor; think about the advantage to him or her of your improved work life when you are better balanced. Focus on Productivity Your boss wants your best effort when you are on his clock. If you can find ways to accomplish more at work in your regular work schedule, the concern about you working around the clock will be less. So, start finding ways to be more focused and productive at work. For example, dont check emails all day long; set aside time three or four times during the day when you will respond to emails. That will generate fewer interruptions and allow greater personal productivity. If you have a lot of meetings, work to make them shorter and more productive. If you have some repetitive tasks, find ways to do them faster and in more of a routine. Know the Facts Studies have shown over and over that workers with better work life balance are more productive, more loyal and better performers. So as you get ready to talk to the boss, arm yourself with some stats that show how a better work life balance can be a plus for him, the organization and you. Be Ready With Answers No boss likes to be presented with a problem. They want to understand the issues and then be presented with good possible solutions. For example, if you are finding yourself going home later and later and you feel a need to get out of the office closer to on time, pose the problem to the boss and say something like, I know you might be worried about my work getting done on time if I leave earlier than I have been, but I could take work home so I could work for an hour after the kids are in bed or maybe I could come in a bit earlier the next morning. If you have a proposed solution to the problem, at least you are respecting his concerns and trying to find creative solutions. Approach the Boss Respectfully This conversation about work life balance will in many ways redefine your relationship. Make sure you have an attitude of cooperation, of finding compromise and direction. No recriminations or anger; your purpose is to take steps toward a better balance. Speak in soft tones and with deference to his authority. Challenging him could create a negative here instead of a positive. Think of it as working together to solve any problem that arises at work. Be Prepared for Compromise You probably wont get everything you hope for from the conversation. But you should be able to find an answer that gets you closer to that delicate work life balance you are trying to find. Be willing to find a little middle ground - maybe a few more evenings at home without interruption or the ability to have a Saturday that is given entirely to your family. The process of getting closer to balance may take some time, and this conversation may be the first step in the journey. As you find answers that move you to a place where you have more time for your family and yourself, remember what a gift it is to have a supervisor that at least is willing to work with you. Keep the commitments you make - both to your boss and to your family - and as the trust grows with the boss, more opportunities for addressing workplace issues will come. So stay focused, committed to making your time at work and at home more productive and positive, and as your work life and family life come into better balance, you will find greater peace inside yourself, knowing that you have chosen a way which will leave a legacy with your family forever.
